FL CONSULT is an independent corporate communication consultancy firm based in Brussels. Its purpose is to implement press relations operations, public relations, lobbying and image criteria, in order to achieve the challenges and goals set by its clients. FL CONSULT develops corporate images or proposes communication of the concepts/services/products/hot news connected with an institution, an SME, a non-profit association or a business like yours.
The FL CONSULT experts work hand-in-hand with managers, with a view to developing an appropriate communication strategy: defining communication objectives, short- and medium-term programmes, budgets, plans of action and evaluations. The trust and transparency that characterise the collaboration go towards securing a close relationship with the client, which will remain strong in the long-term.
FROM THE SUBSTANCE TO THE FORM.
FL Consult represents the combination of different talents with multiple and complementary skills. We make it a point of honor to think each communication activities for our customers.
This is what leads us to work first on the content, and then on th eform for each of our missions.
Florence Legein (47), trilingual (French/Dutch/English), established the FL CONSULT agency in 2004 with a view to offering businesses, professional federations or organisations assistance in preparing and implementing their communication strategies.
Having studied communication at EFAP (the French Press and Publications School) and pursued this interest in numerous work experience positions, Florence completed her training with a 3rd cycle at the Solvay Business School (where she gained an Executive Master in Management) and with business management training at CHEC PME-Plus. On the strength of this wealth of knowledge and extensive experience on the field, she directed her career towards press relations, public relations, financial communication and, more generally, corporate communication. Ms Legein also completed various training options in developmental cooperation. Various NGOs and non-profit organisations (Enfance Tiers Monde, En Avant Les Enfants, Maison Shalom Belgium, Chaîne de l’Espoir, L’Essentiel) already benefit from her involvement in organising their communication and preparation for sensitisation actions..
Florence is a member of several circles, service clubs and associations, such as the Cercle Olympe, the Rotary Club Tercoigne, Beci, Brussels Business Club, Belgian Finance Club, the UPSI and the ECOFIN Club. She has an extensive contacts file which is used to the direct benefit of her clients and interlocutors. The fact of being involved in so many different networks gives her a very wide-ranging view of the economic, financial, social and association world, enabling her to act and play out to the full her privileged role as "go between". This is how she brings to life and communicates her networking.
Press officer NL
Annelies (32) studied Communication Sciences at the VUB. She began her career in 2007 as journalist for the "Het Laatste Nieuws" newspaper.
Regularly diving into the legal files, she later examined various legal issues more closely, mainly in Brussels. She has often found herself "right in the middle of the storm". Her journalism experience has brought her great lessons of life, with her recently being called to rise to meet new challenges. Indeed, this is the reason why she joined the FL Consult team in November 2014. She is in charge of press relations on the Dutch-speaking side of our country. She fulfils this role with great enthusiasm and through it she can maximise her prior experience.
Cécile Namur (39) is trained in law and speech therapy. She joined the team in February 2014.
After having worked for some years as corrector (La Libre Belgique, La Tribune de Bruxelles, Flair) and journalist for Editions Ciné Télé Revue, choosing to give her career a creative turn by founding "Le hibou sur le fil", a website selling original and modern fabrics. An independent entrepreneur, she has thus discovered the world of the web and its numerous possibilities, as well as the different roles to be played in order to successfully pursue her plans. Attentive to words and her surrounds, she pays careful attention to ergonomics and a pragmatic approach. Amongst other aspects, she is responsible for communication relating to office activities.
Loïc Bailly (24), a graduate in Information and Communication, is currently continuing his studies at the Free University of Brussels.
Working towards a Masters Degree in Political Communication, he has been rubbing shoulders with the professional world, working as FL Consult since summer 2013. His young age and motivation are his greatest strengths, as are his professional attitude and capacity to listen to the professionals around him. Hungry for knowledge about press and politics, he also puts his skills to good use making his creative soul (expressed in the various artistic areas) available to FL Consult through his writing.
